confman

confman is a Configuration Manager written in bash that wraps around a Subversion repository. It can be used for keeping configs in sync across many machines, layering configurations together, and deploying changes.

Wireless Network Access Control

I recently rolled out a project for wireless network access control at work. Using ipfw, netgraph, squid, and some other tools, one-to-one NAT rules are created for users when they authenticate. I'm planning to put together a whitepaper that I will link here when I get around to it.

Colo Coop

I've gone in with a group of friends to split the cost of a nice beefy server running vmware ESX. We each get three virtual machines. The whole thing is hosted at a Hurricane Electric data center in Fremont. A more detailed page will be linked here eventually.
